The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is hoping the public can help track down the people responsible for the murder of a gas station attendant in Irvington.
Ashiwin Patel, of Edison, was shot on Oct. 26 while working at the Getty gas station on Stuyvesant Avenue. According to investigators, the gunmen entered the convenience store section and shot and killed Patel. They were supposedly wearing masks.
Investigators have not been able to identify any suspects at this time. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
