The owners of Clementon Park and Splash World, one of the nation's oldest amusement parks, are trying to sell the property, according to NJ.com.
The amusement park has been around for more than a century – 112 years.
The news comes after the park closed a week earlier than planned this year.
The fall festival there next month on Oct. 19 has also been canceled.
Unless a buyer is found, the park might not open again next year.
According to NJ.com, a company representative said there is the potential for the park being sold, but declined to elaborate.
The 27-acre park was last sold back in 2011, and the current owner is Clementon Lake Holdings LLC.
The facility first opened in 1907.
