An organization has voiced their outrage over plans to euthanize geese at Teterboro Airport.

The Animal Protection League of New Jersey says it will protest the airport's gassing of geese on Saturday. The organization says Teterboro Airport has been gassing Canada geese, other bird species and mammals for decades. They say the airport has an ongoing contract with the USDA-Wildlife Services.

Peapack-Gladstone faced something similar as residents and business owners were split on the decision to euthanize geese in the borough. Officials in the borough recently decided to try other methods, including using a spray treatment and a drone to scare off the birds.
