A Virginia teen accused of crashing a stolen car and then attacking officers last month has been charged with attempted murder, according to prosecutors.

After the car struck the police cruiser on Route 130, police say the suspect tried to stab officers as they tried to arrest him.

Three officers were injured. One sustained cuts to the face, according to authorities.
