Prosecutor's office: Man found in car with multiple gunshot wounds in Atlantic City

The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office says a man found in a car in Atlantic City with multiple gunshot wounds has died.

Prosecutor's office: Man found in car with multiple gunshot wounds in Atlantic City
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office says a man found in a car in Atlantic City with multiple gunshot wounds has died.
Police responded to the beach block of Melrose Avenue back on Feb. 7 around 5:32 p.m. in reference to a 911 call.
According to police, the victim, identified as 53-year-old Jeffrey Simpson, who is also known as Rasheed Abdullah, was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy ruled the cause of death to be multiple gunshot wounds.
The manner of death was determined to be homicide. Police are looking for the driver of a white Chevrolet Sedan with tinted windows.
