An Oceanport man has been arrested after Monmouth County prosecutors say he downloaded and distributed child porn.
Prosecutors say Kevin Long has been charged.
They say an investigation revealed the 27-year-old may have been having inappropriate conversations with children online.
Long faces up to 10 years in state prison if convicted.
