Prosecutors have rested their case against one of two northern New Jersey men charged with vandalizing and firebombing Jewish temples and a rabbi's home in Bergen County in 2012.
Anthony Graziano faces nine counts of attempted murder along with other charges including criminal mischief, conspiracy and aggravated and bias intimidation arson.
The 24-year-old Lodi resident was charged along with longtime friend Aakash Dalal for the 2012 attacks.
An attack in Rutherford ignited a fire in the second-floor bedroom of a rabbi's residence. The rabbi, his wife, five children and his parents were sleeping at the time.
Graziano was to inform the judge Wednesday whether he would testify in his defense.
Dalal is scheduled to be tried separately.
