This week on Power & Politics - it was two steps forward, one step back for legal marijuana sales in Trenton. Assembly and Senate committees passed enabling legislation to set up a cannabis market Thursday, but those bills are so far apart a full vote planned for this upcoming Monday has been scrapped. Joining the show to discuss is Democratic Assemblyman Jamel Holley, who is a co-sponsor of both bills.
As COVID-19 cases surge, the Murphy administration is  pleading with New Jerseyans to keep their Thanksgiving plans small.  An indoor gathering limit is now set at 10 people by the governor's executive order. Republican state Sen. Kip Bateman joins the show for a closer look.
