Questions are surrounding Delaney Hall, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center in Newark, after confirmation that a third detainee died last month.

Jose Chajon-Raxon was a Guatemalan man who lived in Passaic. He died after suffering a seizure at Delaney Hall on July 19.

It's the third confirmed death connected to the Newark immigration jail.

ICE only confirmed it earlier this week because they say he had already been released from custody, which has raised concerns over the possibility there could be more deaths that have not been reported. Some lawmakers even believe ICE is releasing detainees to avoid responsibility.

Concerned residents in Keyport received some answers as the borough revealed test results related to the possible cancer cluster there.

Rep. Frank Pallone, whose district includes Keyport, has been following the situation closely.

JCP&L is asking to raise rates for its customers, despite efforts by New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill to keep electric bills from rising.
