Gov. Phil Murphy's administration is estimating the final financial toll of COVID-19 could be up to $30 billion over the next 14 months. To lessen that impact, Senate President Steve Sweeney will introduce a bill that would partially furlough 100,000 public employees for three months. Sweeney joints the show to discuss.
