Police: Speed played roll in fatal Wappinger Falls crash

According to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, a car carrying five people was going south on All Angels Hill Road, when the driver lost control and hit a pole.

Police say they believe speeding played a factor in a deadly crash that occurred in Wappinger Falls on Wednesday.
According to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, a car carrying five people was going south on All Angels Hill Road, when the driver lost control and hit a pole.
Yanique Jackson of Poughkeepsie was a passenger in the rear seat. She died at the hospital.
The other passengers were taken to hospitals for nonlife-threatening injuries.
