Prosecutor: Second person arrested in deadly Howell Township shooting
yesterdayPolice say that a man recklessly fired a gun outside of a deli in Red Hook.
Authorities tell News 12 that the man fired his weapon on 2nd Avenue just before 4 a.m. on Aug. 2.
He ran away from the scene shortly after. There were no injuries reported.
