Former NJ lieutenant killed in line of duty in North Carolina
7h agoA man has been arrested for killing his stepmother with a baseball bat on Wednesday night in Cresskill.
Police say 30-year-old John Daniels Jr. used the bat to fatally hit his stepmother, Irma Daniels, in the head. He was arrested a day after allegedly fleeing the scene.
Daniels is charged with first-degree murder, according to authorities. There is currently no information about a motive.
