A 26-year-old Levittown man is accused of stalking a 16-year-old girl.
Justin Sullivan had 27 encounters with the girl in five days, according to court documents.
At one point, it’s alleged he was parked in front of her house.
He was arraigned on a charge of stalking in the fourth degree and entered a plea of not guilty.
He did not answer when News 12 asked for a comment outside the courtroom.
Police credited the victim’s quick-thinking with helping them to make an arrest.
Detective Lt. Scott Skrynecki told News 12 the victim did “a very good job” despite being fearful, and took a photo of the defendant’s vehicle, including the license plate.
She gave that photo to police, they said they tracked down the vehicle and then made an arrest.
