Icy roadways are being blamed for a crash Wednesday involving a school bus in Kenilworth.
The crash happened around 6 p.m. on Boulevard, near Dorset Drive.
According to police, two other cars and a FedEx truck were also involved in the crash.
"Well, we had this winter squall,” says Mayor Tony Deluca, who is also captain of the volunteer fire department. “The entire Boulevard here from Dorsett all the way down was a complete sheet of ice. So, the entire roadway was covered with ice, which caused hazardous road conditions throughout the borough."
Police say no children were injured, but the driver of another vehicle was treated for a leg injury.
Boulevard was shut down while the accident was cleared and crews treated the road with salt.
