The incident happened Sunday just after 5 p.m.
According to police, the teen, who was working the Captain Cookie's High C's Adventure ride, reminded the couple earlier in the day they needed to wear masks inside the park.
Police say when the couple saw the worker again, they both struck him in the face, knocking him to the ground. He was sent to St. Mary's Medical Center in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
Security guards chased the couple, but they got away. They're identified as being between 20 and 30 years old, driving a car with New York plates. Police were able to get their license plate number using the park’s surveillance cameras and reservation records. Police are working with New York authorities to positively identify the couple.
