Police: Beachwood man charged with vehicular homicide
They say John Zinkoski was under the influence of alcohol, cocaine and other drugs when he crashed into Judi Smith's vehicle in Plumsted.

17h agoPolice say a Beachwood man was charged with vehicular homicide following a crash back in May.
They say John Zinkoski was under the influence of alcohol, cocaine and other drugs when he crashed into Judi Smith's vehicle in Plumsted. The crash killed Smith.
A warrant is now out for Zinkoski's arrest.
