Police arrest man who punched school bus during road-rage incident

Howell Township police say that officers have arrested a man accused of shattering a school bus window during a road-rage incident.

Howell Township police say that officers have arrested a man accused of shattering a school bus window during a road-rage incident.
Keith Hallbauer, 18, turned himself in after detectives contacted him about his involvement in the incident, which happened on Ramtown-Greenville Road April 16.
Police say that Hallbauer got out of the car in which he was a passenger and yelled at the school bus driver. He then allegedly punched the vehicle’s window so hard that it shattered. Children were on the bus at the time.
Police identified Hallbauer after a story about the incident aired on television news.
Hallbauer was charged with criminal mischief.
