Newark police are looking for the person who fatally shot a Roselle man.
Alexander Owens was killed at 14th Avenue and Bergen Street.
According to the Star-Ledger, the shooting happened during a carjacking.
A child was apparently inside the car at the time. The child was later found unharmed.
