Trenton police say a 33-year-old man was shot in the neck on Tuesday.
Philadelphia’s Stefon Locke was found by police wounded in the neck in his car on West State Street. Locke was with an adult female and two children in the vehicle, according to police.
Police say the woman and kids were not hit by gunfire.
Locke remains in critical but stable condition, according to officials.
