The former home of a nudist resort in Morris County is up for sale.

Goodland Country Club in Mount Olive has been closed since 2024 and is listed for $2.9 million.

According to the listing, the 35-acre property includes a Victorian-era mansion, cabins, campsites and other amenities like an in-ground pool, fire pits, picnic area and sports courts.

Since the property lies within New Jersey Highlands regulations, it can’t be redeveloped.
