Gov. Phil Murphy says he's working on a blueprint of how New Jersey will reopen from the coronavirus lockdown.

The announcement, which will come later this week, will not have a specific date, but will have benchmarks that have to be met, including the availability of broader testing.
The governor puts the number between 15,000 and 20,000 tests a day.

"Do not think for one minute that we're going to be able to flip a switch and return to life as we knew it,” says Gov. Murphy. “We will be careful, and we will be strategic."
The governor also posted on Twitter, saying, "Personal health creates economic health. It can't be the other way around. It has to happen in that order."
