Hunter, 3, is available for adoption at Associated Humane Societies in Newark. He is a Shepherd mix, described as dog-friendly and approved for older kids.

Associated Humane Societies says Hunter is neutered and enrolled in obedience training courses through a shelter-run program called "Put Your Best Paw Forward.“ The organization enrolls some dogs in training if they feel it could benefit their chances of adoption.
