Normal service has resumed Thursday on the PATH line between New Jersey and Manhattan.
Service was suspended in both directions Wednesday afternoon because of signal and power cable damage from a manhole fire near the Christopher Street Station.
PATH stations at 33rd, 23rd, 14th, Ninth and Christopher streetswere closed. However, service resumed at 6:30 a.m.
