Police: Green Brook man wanted for questioning in Newark shooting incident
3ds agoA passenger in a taxicab shot at a cab driver Wednesday while jumping out of the car without paying the fare, according to Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé.
The incident happened Wednesday around 6 p.m. Fragé says police were patrolling the 500 block of Elizabeth Avenue when they were flagged down by the taxi driver.
No injuries were reported.
The incident remains under investigation.
