Over a dozen dogs checked in at the New Jersey Animal Coalition after making the trip from South Carolina.
Their shelter in South Carolina was closing down and if they couldn't get new homes they would be put to sleep.
Now, the New Jersey Animal Coalition is hoping to find families to adopt to each one of them.
