was at the rally back on May 30, where dozens of people were there supporting shuttered local businesses in New Jersey.
Jennifer Rogers says she was shocked when she found two summonses in the mail Saturday, a week after the event.
Rogers says the summonses come along with large fines and potential jail time.
Rogers claims the state government is choosing what groups can and cannot protest.
