Health officials are saying to "seriously, get rid of Honey Smacks!" as the number of salmonella cases from the cereal continues to grow.
Fifty-seven more people have contracted the infection in 26 states, bringing the total number of cases to 130.
Five of the cases are in New Jersey.
Related illness have also been reported in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York.
Thirty-four people have been hospitalized due to possible salmonella poisoning.
Illnesses were first reported on March 3.
Kellogg's recalled an estimated 1.3 million cases of the cereal back in June. Recalled products had use-by dates of June 14, 2018 through June 14, 2019.
Anyone who may still have the Honey Smacks cereal in their homes is urged to throw it away. If the cereal was in a container, the CDC advises that those containers be thoroughly washed with soap and water.
