Police that law enforcement officials chased Felix through the streets of Paterson, and even did a yard-by-yard search. But officials were not able to find him.

Felix was originally arrested on Sunday and was accused of burglary and kidnapping a family member. Police say that he has ties to the Richfield Village Apartments in Clifton and has multiple addresses in Passaic.
