4h agoOfficials say that a damaged wire led to a helicopter prop falling into a pool filled with people at the DreamWorks Water Park at American Dream.
They say that the prop was not required to be under inspection after the park opened.
The display injured four people when it fell.
DreamWorks Water Park was closed for several days after the incident.
The helicopter prop has been permanently removed.
