(AP) - A man accused of shooting his estranged wife to death in front of their daughter at a northern New Jersey YMCA has been arrested in Brooklyn.
Deputy US Marshal Michael Schroeder says Kenneth Duckett wasfound at a friend's apartment Tuesday.
Montclair police Chief David Sabagh says an informant's tip ledinvestigators to Duckett. Authorities had been looking for the37-year-old since the shooting June 26.
It's not immediately clear whether Duckett has a lawyer.
Duckett is accused of shooting Monica Paul while she was at theYMCA with the couple's 4-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter.
A judge issued an arrest warrant charging Duckett with murderand weapons offenses. Bail was set at $1 million.
