(AP) - One of the soldiers who the Army says weregunned down by a comrade in a clinic in Iraq is from New Jersey.
The Defense Department says Sgt. Christian Bueno-Galdos was 25and from Paterson. He was assigned to a unit based in Germany.
The case is the deadliest of the Iraq war involvingsoldier-on-soldier violence.
Sgt. John M. Russell was taken into custody outside the mentalhealth clinic at Camp Liberty following Monday's shooting. He'scharged with five counts of murder and one of aggravated assault.
