New Jersey Health Commissioner Judith Persichilli will be reportedly retiring at the end of next month.
Persichilli is best known for helping to lead the state through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her appearances during Gov. Phil Murphy’s daily briefings became so common that he would often refer to her as “the woman who needs no introduction.”
The governor tweeted a thank you to Persichilli for her dedication to public service.
