Newark will be the first city in New Jersey to provide high-speed Wi-Fi kiosks.
People can charge their phones, make a call, and even download music and movies with no Wi-Fi charges.
The multimillion-dollar investment comes after Newark was named a finalist for Amazon's second headquarters.
