Newark Liberty International Airport has become notorious for being one of the most delayed airports in the country.
Newark currently has the second worst statistics for flights leaving on time, according to FAA officials.
In April, there were 8,000 delayed landings and the FAA believes that bad weather was the cause.
The debate continues over whether it is the poor weather or airport volume that is to blame for late arrivals and departures.
