Newly released video shows a police car striking and killing a person riding an e-bike in Middletown, according to the state attorney general’s office.
Officials say the footage is part of an ongoing investigation into the October crash.
Officer Tim Funk of Atlantic Highlands was making a right turn on red when the collision happened.
The victim, Henry Phillips, was 73 years old.
The case remains open.
