(AP) -- Transportation Security Administration agents are wearing new nameplates that aim to help travelers who do not speak English.
The agency introduced the new customer service initiative Tuesday at Newark Liberty International Airport.
Dozens of officers are wearing nameplates which identify what language they speak in addition to English.
The officers will give travelers information about screening procedures in 24 languages.
