Officials have confirmed the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing has been sold to New York-based Namdar Realty Group.

The mall has lost two of its anchor stores in the past year -- Sears closed back in November and J.C. Penney closed earlier this month.

Macy's, the third anchor store, has no plans to close, but the chain will be closing eight locations this year nationwide.

There is no word yet on how much the mall was sold for.

The mall previously was owned by Kravco Company LLC of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
