New Jersey's favorite dog breed revealed in new study

It’s no secret that New Jerseyans are huge fans of dogs. The state was even ranked at No. 9 for states having the most responsible dog owners.
In a recent study, PetLab revealed the golden retriever is the most beloved dog breed in the Garden State.
And New Jersey is not alone. Golden retrievers are the most searched-for dog breed in the U.S., with 38 states favoring the breed over all others, according to the study. New York, Pennsylvania and Florida all love them too.
The pet diagnostic company says it analyzed search data from Google to produce a ranking for each state's most searched-for breed over the past 12 months.
Other popular breeds include French bulldogs and the Bernese mountain dog.
