New Jerseyans seem to be
listening to a warning from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention not to
travel for Thanksgiving., according a new survey by AAA.
The survey shows nearly nine in 10 people aren't traveling for Thanksgiving, and nearly half say it's because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Eighty-five percent say at
this point, the pandemic poses a risk when it comes to travel, with 34% calling
the risk “significant.”
The survey shows for people still planning to travel for the holiday, 77% plan to drive.
