The Motor Vehicle Commission is giving a two-day extension to residents who need to renew documents following the government shutdown.

That includes expired driver's licenses, permits, registrations or inspection stickers.

Although there was a line of customers outside of the MVC building in Rahway today, those who already made their way through told News 12 everything was fine and going smoothly.
