Wednesday's fatal shooting at the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. is resonating deeply across the Garden State.Cherry Hill police say they will have an increased presence at the Goodwin Holocaust Museum and Education Center and at synagogues in the area. Museum officials say residents should not be afraid to visit the museum.Authorities say 88-year-old James W. von Brunn opened fire with a rifle inside the crowded U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum on Wednesday, fatally wounding a security guard before being shot himself by other officers. Officials say von Brunn was a white supremacist and Holocaust denier.
