A person was killed and another was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in Linden Friday night.

The crash happened in the area of East Edgar Road off Route 1 just before midnight.

According to investigators, two motorcycle drivers were heading south on East Edgar Road when they lost control after entering a turn lane.

One driver was killed after crashing into a car. The other motorcycle driver sustained serious injuries.

The people inside the car were not injured.
