The mother of a 24-year-old Navy SEAL from New Jersey who died during the so-called “Hell Week” says she wants military officials charged in his death.
Regina Mullen wrote on Facebook that she just received the autopsy report for her son Kyle Mullen, who died Feb. 4. Regina says that the autopsy showed her son died of acute pneumonia and was mistreated by staff who ignored his condition.
The mother is now calling for Naval instructors and commanders to be held responsible for her son’s death.
“I want people in jail this is murder/ manslaughter? It’s definitely gross negligence,” Regina wrote.
Findings from an NCIS investigation into the death was not made available.
