Lawmakers in Morris County are pressuring JCP&L to refund customers who lost power during Tropical Storm Isaias.
They want the utility to compensate customers who lost food and medicine.
At some point, 130,000 people were in the dark with 30,000 of them being without power for five days, according to the Board of Freeholders.
The Board Freeholders adds that the utility's lack of communication was "unacceptable."
