Two tractor-trailers collided on a stretch of Interstate 80 in Warren County on Monday night – spilling candy all over the highway.

Officials in Knowlton Township say that one of the trucks was parked on the shoulder of the westbound side of the highway. They say that another truck carrying a full load of M&M candies rear-ended the parked truck, spilling the colorful cargo all over the highway.

Photos posted on social media showed hundreds of tiny bags of peanut M&Ms spilling out of the cargo boxes.

The westbound lanes of I-80 were temporarily closed while crews cleaned up the debris.

No injuries were reported.
