A member of the U.S. military from Colts Neck is being charged for his role in the Capitol riot.
Timothy Louis Hale-Cusanelli is a U.S. Army Reservist who works as a contractor at Naval Weapons Station Earle.
The federal government says he has secret security clearance there, with access to weapons at the base.
He allegedly told authorities he's a white supremacist and Nazi sympathizer.
Hale-Cusanelli is seen on video entering the Capitol on Jan. 6 with others.
He faces five federal charges, including violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building.
