Manasquan woman accused of driving impaired, running red light in fatal Wall crash
Prosecutors say Tamra Lawlor caused a three-vehicle crash that killed 58-year-old Eileen Ziesmer of Brick and injured another driver.

A Manasquan woman has been charged with vehicular homicide in a three-vehicle crash that killed a woman in Wall Township earlier this year, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Tamra G. Lawlor, 23, is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicating substances when she ran a red light and caused the March 5 crash at State Highway 70 and Morningstar Road, prosecutors said.
Wall Township police responded shortly after 5:20 p.m. and found three vehicles involved: a Subaru Crosstrek driven by Lawlor, a Toyota Camry driven by 58-year-old Eileen Ziesmer of Brick and a Nissan Armada driven by a 51-year-old Brick woman.
Ziesmer was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. Lawlor and the driver of the Nissan were taken to local medical facilities with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Lawlor is charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto. She had previously been charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to observe traffic control devices and possession of open, unsealed marijuana in a motor vehicle.
Lawlor surrendered to authorities Tuesday and was taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance.
