A woman from Lyndhurst is back home with her family following a six-week battle with coronavirus.

Stephanie LaVarco was discharged Wednesday from Kessler Rehab.

LaVarco is a breast and lung cancer survivor, and now she's beaten coronavirus as well.
"It made me feel very happy,” says LaVarco. “I'm happy to be home. I'm happy I beat it. I want a pizza and a good cup of coffee."
LaVarco’s advice for other patients is to never give up hope.
