Long Island business leaders are putting on the gloves and stepping into the ring for a good cause.
The 18th Long Island Fight for Charity saw 20 amateur boxers put their bodies on the line to help others.
Participants included lawyers, bankers and businesspeople.
Each participant raised a minimum of $10,000 for Long Island charities. In total, the event raised more than $150,000.
Since its inception in 2003, the Long Island Fight for Charity has collected around $2 million for charity.
